जंगल में मोदी स्टाइल में श्याम रंगीला, तभी शामत आई!

ये हैं श्याम रंगीला जो प्रधानमंत्री मोदी, कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी सहित कई लोगों की आवाज की नकल निकालते हैं। इस बार उन्होंने पीएम मोदी के मुदुमलाई और बांदीपुर टाइगर रिजर्व के दौरे पर एक स्पूफ वीडियो बनाया। लेकिन खुद शायद श्याम को भी नहीं पता था कि इस बार ऐसा करना उन्हें महंगा पड़ने वाला है। श्याम रंगीला को वन विभाग ने नोटिस थमा दिया, उन्हें ये नोटिस वाइल्ड लाइफ प्रोटेक्शन एक्ट का उल्लंघन करने के आरोप में थमाया गया है। आखिर ये पूरा मामला क्या है, चलिए हम आपको बताते हैं। 

दरअसल, हाल ही में टाइगर प्रोजेक्ट के 50 साल पूरे होने पर पीएम मोदी कर्नाटक के मुदुमलाई और बांदीपुर टाइगर रिजर्व के दौरे पर गए थे। जहां उन्होंने यूनीक गेटअप में जंगल सफारी का आनंद उठाया था। पीएम मोदी की सफारी की फोटो वायरल हुई थी। अब श्याम रंगीला ने जो वीडियो अपलोड किया उसमें वो हूबहू पीएम मोदी के गेटअप में नजर आ रहे हैं। उनका ये फोटो और वीडियो तुरंत ही सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो गया।श्याम रंगीला ने 13 अप्रैल को अपने यूट्यूब चैनल पर झालाना लेपर्ड रिजर्व का वीडियो अपलोड किया। इस वीडियो में वो जंगल में गाड़ी से नीचे उतरकर अपने हाथ से एक नीलगाय को कुछ खिलाते हुए नजर आए। गौरतलब है कि जंगली जानवरों को कुछ भी खिलाना वन अधिनियम 1953 और वन्य जीव संरक्षण अधिनियम 1972 के प्रावधानों का उल्लंघन है। वन्य जीवों को खाद्य पदार्थ खिलाने से कई प्रकार की गंभीर बीमारियां हो जाती हैं और यहां तक कि उनकी जान को खतरा हो जाता है। वन्य जीवों को खाद्य पदार्थ नहीं खिलाने को लेकर झालाना जंगल में चेतावनी सूचना बोर्ड भी लगाये हुए हैं, इसके बावजूद भी श्याम रंगीला द्वारा नीलगाय को खाद्य पदार्थ खिलाया गया है, जिसके बाद उन्हें नोटिस दिया गया.

मिमिक्री आर्टिस्ट श्याम रंगीला पर 11 हजार रूपये का जुर्माना लगा है। जिस पर सोमवार को श्याम रंगीला कार्यालय क्षेत्रीय वन अधिकारी जयपुर में पेश हुए, जहां उन्होंने मानवीय भूल मानते हुए माफ़ी मांगी और जुर्माना राशि भरी। यदि तय समय पर श्याम रंगीला पेश नहीं होते है तो आगे उनके खिलाफ कानूनी कार्यवाही भी हो सकती थी। इसे लेकर श्याम रंगीला ने कहा कि मैं कॉमेडियन हूं और मैंने ये कानून नहीं पढ़े हैं। नीलगाय आई तो मैंने सीन के लिए जो मेरे हाथ में था मैंने सीन के लिए उसे कुछ खिला दिया। इसके बाद उन्होंने व्यंग्य करते हुए कहा कि मैंने तो अब सोच लिया है कि न मैं खिलाऊंगा और न खिलाने दूंगा। मेरे पास कोई भूखा वन्य जीव आ भी गया और बोल दिया कि श्याम जी हम भूखे हैं तो मैं तो 11 हजार रूपये की स्लिप दिखा दूंगा कि मैं तो नहीं खिलाऊंगा अब।

Significantly, feeding anything to wild animals is a violation of the provisions of the Forest Act 1953 and the Wildlife Protection Act 1972. Feeding food to wild animals causes many types of serious diseases and even their lives are in danger. Warning information boards have also been put up in Jhalana forest for not feeding food to wild animals, yet Shyam Rangeela has been fed food to Nilgai, after which notice was given to him.
